A friend gave a talk today on adoption. It was a wonderful talk that gave me insight to her life as she and her husband have adopted a simply delightful boy. She brought up a really good point that I think many of us tend to forget.

God has adopted us all.

It doesn't matter how we get to where we are,
we are always wanted,
we are always treasured,
we are always loved by God.

That in of itself is a true blessing.
