Rules for Fiber One Bars...

Did you know there are rules for eating Fiber One Bars? Yes, there are rules and I only know the rules because I discovered them over the course of eating the bars.

1. Fiber One bars can also be called "Gas Bars."

2. Eat the intended bar before noon. Why you ask? Your body needs enough time to process the bar and release all the gas.

3. Only eat one bar per day no matter how great the first one tasted, you'll pay royally for this later.

4. One bar and one cup of coffee a day will keep you flowing strong.

5. When beginning the process of eating Fiber One Bars don't give up after a day or two. Keep strong and after a week your body will adjust time them and many of the problems just go away.

I love fiber one bars and they fit in nicely to my diabetic diet while I was pregnant, and now I continue to enjoy them. Not that you are all informed about them, go, try, and enjoy!
